Prophetic ministries are largely misunderstood among the churches of Christ today. The bible teaches us to contend to walk in the fullness of the prophetic anointing. We need the anointing of the Holy Spirit to walking in Holiness. We also need His anointing to walking prophetic ministries like healing the sick, casting out demons and prophesying in order to demonstrate the power of the gospel we preach. True apostolic faith is what we need and we need to have biblical ideas, biblical lifestyles and biblical experience. Like fire requiring oxygen, fuel and temperature to burn, we cannot afford to give up any one of the three elements!
